Marching Cube was tasked with developing a game using UE5 for a theme park ride at Universal Studios Orlando. I wrote the technical portion of the proposal and created all the initial documentation like the Technical Design Document.
Minion Blast used a proprietary blaster and tracking hardware to track the player's 3d location and the gun orientation. The game would track the players in 3D space and use portals to view and shoot into another 3D space for each ride section since physical sections were next to each other.
I managed a group of programmers tasked with implementing the technical design. During this process, I hired additional programmers as needed.
